Participation in training and capacity-building programs **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 1:00 PM \- 5:00 PM **Level:** Apprentice **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Apprentice Youth will be responsible for assisting with the company's administrative activities, providing support to various departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include: * Organizing documents and files; * Assisting in spreadsheet and report management; * Answering phone calls and directing incoming calls; * Supporting internal meeting and event preparation; * Receiving and directing visitors; * Collaborating on daily tasks within the assigned department; * Participating in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company; * Assisting with internal and external company communications; * Performing other related duties as required and under supervisor guidance.
