Maintenance of records and process improvement The Technical Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team’s operational and technical activities, ensuring organization, quality, and adherence to deadlines. The role involves supporting internal processes, organizing tasks, monitoring processes, and tracking technical requests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in executing technical and operational activities; * Organize equipment, parts, and rooms; * Support analysis and verification of equipment; * Track service schedules and deadlines; * Provide support to internal teams and, when necessary, to customers and partners; * Maintain up-to-date records and collaborate on process improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Proactivity and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in technical or administrative support; * Knowledge of management systems or area-specific tools.
