Will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all loading, transportation, and material supply activities at the unit. Ensure efficient flow of aggregates from production to customer, guaranteeing productivity, organization, safety, and quality in service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate truck loading flow in the yard, ensuring agility and adherence to service order sequence. * Monitor finished goods inventory and align daily with production. * Supervise and lead teams of drivers and machine operators. * Ensure correct material loading to prevent cargo discrepancies. * Control vehicle entry and exit; * Daily scheduling of transportation, routes, and delivery priorities according to commercial demand. * Monitor adherence to loading and delivery schedules, intervening in deviations. * Serve drivers, transport companies, and external customers clearly and promptly. * Maintain constant communication with the commercial, production, and maintenance departments to adjust operations. * Verify invoices, loading orders, and transportation documents. * Record dispatch indicators, loading time, volume dispatched, and team performance. * Ensure yard organization, signage, internal routes, and storage areas. * Guarantee safe loading practices, preventing overloading and maneuver-related risks. * Monitor preventive maintenance of logistics equipment (loading systems, trucks, and weighbridges). * Implement and enforce compliance with safety regulations, internal traffic rules, PPE usage, and operational best practices. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical qualification in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred). * Basic knowledge of inventory control, transportation documentation, and logistics planning. * Ability to lead teams.
