Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work as an instructor, designing and delivering vocational training classes for young people, monitoring their progress, and encouraging active participation. Key Highlights: 1. Work professionally to train young people 2. Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive classes 3. Monitor development and provide constructive feedback We are looking for a candidate with a completed undergraduate degree in any field, who wishes to work with youth aged 14–17 in a vocational training course at the Navegantes Center. Contract type: PJ – 16 hours per week. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree; * Practical experience in educational activities or corporate training is preferred; * Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, Google tools, editing software, emerging technologies, etc.); * Knowledge of administrative processes. * Availability to travel to Itajaí once per month. * Flexible schedule (16 hours per week) The instructor will: * Plan and develop class curricula aligned with course objectives and participants’ needs. * Prepare teaching materials and supporting resources to ensure dynamic and effective learning. * Deliver classes clearly, interactively, and motivationally, encouraging active student participation. * Monitor students’ progress, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback. * Prepare monthly reports detailing activities conducted. Job Type: Part-time, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: Up to R$3.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
