




Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and operational HR Coordinator to lead recruitment and selection, organizational culture, job and salary structure (PCCS), performance evaluation, and leadership development. End-to-end management of recruitment and selection, onboarding, and internal communication We are looking for an **HR Coordinator** to work strategically and operationally within a company with approximately 40 employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Leading **Recruitment and Selection** (internal and external) * Structuring and strengthening **organizational culture** * Developing the **Job and Salary Structure Plan (PCCS)** * Implementing and managing **Performance Evaluation** * Leadership development and internal programs (e.g., Coffee with the President) * Managing **internal marketing and internal communication** * Organizing monthly meetings and leadership meetings * Leading external social initiatives * Full **onboarding** management (welcome, integration, data setup, e\-mails, processes) * Supporting offboarding activities * Managing HR KPIs, organizational charts, and staffing plans * After 90 days: assuming responsibility for **Personnel Department** data management (payroll processed by external accounting firm) **Desired Profile:** We seek a professional with strategic vision, ability to structure and organize, and proactive leadership.
