Job Summary: A generalist HR professional with proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, organizational culture, and labor legislation, supporting leadership and utilizing HR metrics. Support and management collaboration with leadership. Mandatory Requirements: * Proven HR experience; * Generalist HR practice (recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and organizational culture); * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR administration routines (including coordination with accounting); * Experience supporting and collaborating with leadership; * Organized, analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills; * Experience with HR metrics and reporting; * Preferred: Experience in operational/logistics companies.
