Responsibilities: * Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and a focus on talent retention. * Plan and implement onboarding, training, and development programs for operational, administrative, and leadership teams. * Design and maintain up-to-date job classification and compensation plans, benefits policies, performance evaluation systems, and internal career progression frameworks. * Monitor payroll processing, electronic timekeeping, banked hours, and labor-related statutory obligations, ensuring compliance with legislation and collective bargaining agreements. * Implement and track strategic HR metrics, including organizational climate, turnover rate, absenteeism, and productivity. * Mediate conflicts, apply disciplinary measures, and manage employee separations ethically and professionally. * Develop and support internal communication initiatives, internal marketing efforts, and corporate culture reinforcement activities. * Support leaders in team formation and development by designing learning pathways and succession planning programs. * Generate management reports and performance indicators for the Human Resources department. * Perform other duties relevant to the HR function. Required Competencies: * Experience in Strategic HR, preferably within tourism, events, or service-oriented companies. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Experience working in dynamic environments, with a results-driven mindset and proficiency in indicator-based management (KPIs). * Availability to work on-site in Itapema/SC. **Additional Information:** Small-sized company.
