Team training and process improvement **JOB OPENING: TAX ANALYST (CLT)** Amana HR Consulting is supporting the recruitment for Klettos Contabilidade, an accounting firm. Location: Estrada das Areias, Indaial/SC Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour and 12-minute break) **Responsibilities:** * Tax calculation and ancillary tax obligations * Tax classification and tax bookkeeping * Verification and analysis of tax documents * Tax advisory services to clients * Tax update and compliance * Handling tax inspections and audits * Team training and process improvement **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, or technical qualification in the field * Experience in tax area (preferably within accounting) * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle * Team-oriented profile, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn **Benefits:** * Meal card: R$ 450.00 * Transportation allowance * Continuous education platform * Birthday day off (according to schedule) * Uniodonto (after 6 months) * Unimed (50% coverage, after 6 months) Work location: On-site
