RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services ranging from recruitment and selection to people management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Handle customers via phone calls, e\-mails and messages, clarifying doubts, providing information, and registering complaints. Investigate and resolve customer issues in collaboration with the company's responsible departments. Record customer service information in the company's systems and track solution progress until final resolution. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer requests. Previous experience as a Customer Service Analyst, Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Agent, or Customer Service Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
