RESPONSIBILITIES: * Resume screening, selection, and interviews (in-person and online) for operational positions; follow-up communication with candidates; * Defining position profiles and coordinating interviews with department managers; internal marketing; * Hiring process (requesting and submitting candidate documents to accounting) and onboarding; * Managing experience evaluations and tracking uniform and PPE inventory.
