Job Summary: Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of transformers and reactors, performing various assembly, control, and preparation tasks, as well as related duties and overhead crane operation. Opportunity for professional development within a global company Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of transformers and reactors, performing tasks such as component assembly, tank closure, brazing, oven control, and preparation of tanks, covers, and conservators, as well as disassembly and other related activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify on the production order the active part to be assembled, notes regarding active part assembly, and other relevant information. Assist in preparing the core closure by positioning fixtures and sorting laminations for assembly. Assist in compressing windings using a compression machine up to the specified height, meeting required criteria and specifications shown in drawings. Assist in closing cores, placing spacers, crossbars, wooden shims, and tightening with screwdrivers and wrenches per specifications, applying corresponding torque values. Assist in cable insulation using crepe paper—both via machine and manually—applying insulation according to drawing specifications. Perform self-inspection for each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring instruments, recording results when necessary. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general instructions related to assigned activities.
