Prototype production and testing for marketing and validation The company is seeking a 3D Printer Technical Assistant in Itajaí (Ressacada). **Responsibilities:** Provide technical assistance for 3D printers (filament and resin), including diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Support customers post-sale by clarifying doubts and guiding them on configurations, materials, slicing, and proper machine operation. Perform test prints for customers, machine validations, and commercial demonstrations. Produce parts, prototypes, and various materials for internal testing, material validation, and marketing/social media content. Support the sales team with technical tests, samples, and practical demonstrations. Assist customers via WhatsApp, email, and in-person at the company office. Conduct on-site testing and warranty repairs of machines.
