Job Summary: This role involves monitoring physical progress of construction works, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the construction process. Conduct inspections and re-inspections of the Check-list Description: * Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Building Construction or Quality; * Experience in the Quality field; * Intermediate knowledge of Office software. Desirable: * Familiarity with major NBRs related to civil construction. * Monitor physical progress of construction works; * Conduct inspections and re-inspections of the Check\-list (Pre\-customer); * Release units to Customer Service (SAC) for scheduling customer inspections; * Conduct unit inspections together with the customer; * Control and retain keys of units inspected and approved by the customer; * Plan and monitor repair work arising from re-inspections on site; * Identify and document defects found during inspections, requesting corrections from the construction team; * Monitor efficiency tests of construction systems; * Record non-conformities identified during efficiency tests; * Prepare and present Follow\-Up reports regarding the Check\-list and customer inspections; * Measure area-related indicators. 2512150202201206921
