




Job Summary: A professional is required to work as a Designer in a custom furniture company, focusing on interior design project development, customer service, and on-site measurement coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Interior Design Project Development using AutoCAD and Promob 2. End-to-end customer service, from briefing to presentation and revisions 3. Weekly alignment and project review meetings Our client is a custom furniture company with nearly 50 years of market presence, having been part of its customers' life stories, and is seeking a professional to serve as a Designer. **Responsibilities:** **Customer Service:** Conduct briefings and communicate with customers; **On-site Measurement Coordination:** Visit construction sites when necessary to take measurements; Develop projects and adhere to deadlines for scheduled deliverables; Work on interior design projects using AutoCAD and Promob software; Prepare quotations for customers; Attend weekly meetings with the manager and assistants for task planning, and conduct project and quotation reviews after completion and before customer presentation; Present projects and quotations either in person or via video conference; Conduct Presentation Meeting 1 for project adjustments and Presentation Meeting 2 for closing/negotiation, contract signing, and printed visuals; Prepare dimensioned floor plans and perform other project development tasks, including third-party detailing when required; provide comprehensive project consultation to customers; Provide necessary information during inspections, implementation, preparation of assembly instructions, and required technical support. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design; Postgraduate degree in Interior Design or related fields is desirable; Experience as a designer is a plus; Knowledge of technical standards and mechanical drawing conventions; Proficiency in technical drawing software, especially AutoCAD and Promob; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; Commitment; Proactivity; Collaboration and cooperation.
