Join a team committed to excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * **Develop projects related to:** Installation of new equipment; improvement of existing machinery and equipment; process optimization aimed at cost reduction and energy saving; * **Monitor all project phases,** including scope, schedule, costs, quality, human resources, communications, and risks—tracking progress and deviations to minimize inherent process failures; * **Collaborate directly with departments responsible for project execution,** such as Engineering and Process teams, identifying interferences and proposing solutions; * **Oversee construction activities**, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and established quality and productivity standards; * **Schedule services**, allocate equipment, requisition materials, manage handling, and define storage and material preservation conditions; * **Ensure compliance with the service schedule** defined by the Project Manager, in accordance with established quality and productivity standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate English language skills; * Knowledge of Standards/NRBs and NR 12 regulations; * **Project management knowledge in engineering is desirable;** * Availability to work in the Fazenda Rio Grande/PR region. **Additional Information** With over 400 years of history, the Sumitomo Group has left enduring marks and legacies.
