Job Description: **Description:** ============== The supervisor acts as a bridge between management and operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and team development. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor daily production execution. * Ensure achievement of volume, deadline, productivity, and quality targets. * Monitor performance indicators such as efficiency, productivity, and daily targets. * Adjust priorities in response to changes in demand or operational issues. * Lead the production team, serving both as leader and operator. * Ensure appropriate initial or refresher training for employees. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. * Ensure compliance with procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements at each production stage. * Participate in analysis and correction of non-conformities. * Participate in continuous improvement projects. * Maintain 5S, SPS, and LEAN programs as daily priorities on their production line. * Maintain SIM routines for their line, including interfaces with Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams. * Ensure machines and equipment are in good working condition and properly calibrated, coordinating closely with Maintenance. * Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) regulations. * Investigate accidents and implement preventive actions. * Ensure environmental compliance. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** =============== **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation and Control, Production, or related fields), Business Administration, or equivalent. **Experience** * Solid experience in **manufacturing**. * Experience in **leadership**/**people management**. * Experience in the quality field (desirable). **Technical Knowledge** * ETO (Engineer to Order) production model — engineered products. * Performance indicators. * **Lean Manufacturing**. * Six Sigma. * Quality concepts. * Black Belt and/or Green Belt (desirable). **Languages** * English (desirable). **Location:** Blumenau/SC (100% on-site) (External) Brazilian Portuguese Company Boiler Plate: **Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?** When considering joining a new team, culture matters.
