Tasks to Perform: Drafting patterns for clothing, analyzing and executing designs developed by clients. **Specific Responsibilities:** Draft patterns for developed garments; Guide the development process, if necessary, identifying optimal adjustments when a design is unsuitable for a specific fabric type, suggesting alternatives such as: changing garment closure, removing a panel, adding a seam, etc.; Trace article patterns according to the Technical Development Sheet; Code and mark reference information on patterns; Create measurement charts; Monitor prototype development, guiding sample seamstresses to meet both technical product specifications and design intent; Define measurement standards for the Technical Sheet; Test pilot garments (prototypes), make required adjustments, and forward them to Product Development; Ensure manufactured products comply with the client's measurement chart; Adjust patterns and templates, perform scaling to enlarge or reduce product dimensions; Develop and record in a specific system the measurement chart data to be used during final product inspection. Experience in PL grading, adult and children's wear.
