We are seeking a Budget Analyst to enhance the agility and accuracy of our commercial proposal development processes. --- Responsibilities Interpret architectural and complementary drawings, identifying volumes, square footage, quantities, and required specifications. Prepare comprehensive budgets, including material composition, labor, logistics, and all other associated costs. Analyze spreadsheets and descriptive memoranda provided by clients, supplementing information when necessary. Develop structured commercial proposals using Garbe’s internal templates and standards. Support the sales team with technical information and cost reviews upon request. Obtain quotations from suppliers and partners. Update price databases to ensure budgets are always built using up-to-date information. Perform administrative tasks related to the budget workflow (filing, tracking, updates, revisions). --- Requirements Prior experience reading architectural and/or engineering drawings. Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets. Experience preparing budgets, preferably within the civil construction, architecture, or industrial sectors. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. Effective communication skills for interaction with the sales team and suppliers. --- Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM or ERP systems. Knowledge of dry construction or acoustic solutions.
