Work Location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop process flowcharts and commissioning procedures (STW, HAT, SAT); * Develop procedures for equipment or system testing (STW, HAT, SAT); * Conduct meetings with involved departments during commissioning activities; * Perform people management: coordinate the team and its performance, delegate tasks, instruct on goals and objectives, procedures, standards, internal instructions and/or regulations, conduct training, among others; * Coordinate schedule progress; * Hold periodic internal meetings to address technical matters, clarifications, and disciplinary actions; * Prepare presentations and issue reports; * Ensure and promote implementation of environmental protection measures, while maintaining work quality consistently within company-mandated and required standards; * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as needed or at the supervisor’s discretion; * Navigation experience and desirable knowledge of towing maneuvers; * Experience with naval propulsion. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, or related fields. **Essential Technical Competencies:** Knowledge of shipbuilding, propulsion systems—particularly monitoring equipment “startup” processes during commissioning, experience executing pipe network flushing and hydraulic systems, proficiency in 3D CAD software, expertise in laser alignment techniques, vibration and noise analysis, NR\-35 Working at Heights training, NR33 Confined Space training, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. **Desirable Technical Competencies:** Specialization in multidisciplinary commissioning and maintenance of operational equipment, Advanced Excel, SAP. **Mandatory Language:** Intermediate English Relevant work experience. * Navigation experience and desirable knowledge of towing maneuvers; * Experience with naval propulsion. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Christmas Bonus; Transportation Allowance; On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch; UNIMED health insurance extended to legal dependents.
