Job Summary: Professional responsible for sample and document management, identification of business opportunities, and support in technical and regulatory activities in the export market. Identification of new business opportunities and technical support Description: * Completed high school; * Higher education in international trade is desirable; * Prior experience in the export field; * Familiarity with export market characteristics, processes, etc.; * Basic knowledge of Excel and other Office tools; * Knowledge of the retail and hospitality markets is desirable; * Knowledge of BI and QlikSense is desirable; * Knowledge of Spanish and English is desirable. * Manage samples dispatched to customers, analyzing and reporting the success rate (samples sent vs. RL generated) through shipment tracking; * Support all activities involving technical information, both in-person and/or virtually; * Manage signed documents between us and our customers using available systems (SeSuite, Projuris, etc...); * Identify new business opportunities and opportunities to expand the product portfolio; * Collaborate with R\&D on the development of new products; * Participate in root cause investigations of technical issues encountered with our products in the market, providing the highest quality information to support better decision-making; * Support activities related to national and international regulatory requirements. 2512060202191849495
