As a Construction Leader at Rôgga, your primary challenge will be to lead all construction phases, monitoring the execution of all stages of construction planning. You will supervise projects and construction teams, as well as subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all stipulated premises and parameters, delivering results for the company and ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services, while managing the construction team through Rôgga’s culture.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Management, supervision, and inspection of construction work;
* Development and monitoring of construction schedules (planning);
* Safeguarding the base project budget and managing on-site cost control, among other duties related to the position;
* Maintain the necessary workforce to carry out tasks and achieve results;
* Manage and guide the team in executing activities according to project specifications, providing guidance on execution, monitoring progress, and holding the team accountable for results within established methods and deadlines;
* Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule;
* Ensure quality and safety standards on construction sites;
* Prepare reports documenting completed work, inspections performed, and deviations from approved projects;
* Keep the team engaged and aligned with Rôgga’s values, managing people effectively;
* Monitor construction costs in accordance with the pre-established budget (avoiding waste);
* Be accountable for actual costs, timelines, quality, and safety of construction works;
* Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs;
* Measure outsourced labor hours;
* Record production output;
* Issue material requisitions for subcontractors.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture required;
* Experience in multi-family vertical developments, conventional structural works, and structural masonry;
* Proficiency in SAP system;
* Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety.
