Being diverse means being Super! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective** Responsible for scheduling indirect sales and/or executing direct sales scheduling, analyzing performance reports and metrics, aiming to deliver more with less mileage while verifying resource, cylinder, and gas availability to meet and fulfill scheduling requirements—with focus on appropriate customer service and cost optimization for the Company. **Position Responsibilities** * Control vehicle invoice issuance, request invoice cancellation, send return invoices, and submit duly signed delivery receipts, in accordance with established deadlines and procedures; * Execute invoice billing per defined procedures and manually capture invoices when necessary; * Monitor fleet operations via monitoring systems; * Verify data consistency between sales invoices and fueling tickets, checking information and reporting any discrepancies; * VD + VI – Support distribution teams by providing scheduling assistance or ensuring transit and safety coherence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed High School education; * 1–2 years of relevant experience. **Desirable Requirements** * Undergraduate studies in progress. **Additional Information** At Supergasbras, we recognize and support our employees’ dedication with outstanding benefits and programs.
