Requires strong communication skills and teamwork **Job Description** **On-site position** Motta Gestão e Cobranças is a company specialized in managing agribusiness receivables, particularly for Mangalarga Machador and Nelore cattle. The company is experiencing continuous growth in client numbers and contracts, and we seek a team member eager to learn and grow with us. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Conduct daily collections via phone calls, WhatsApp, and e\-mail, \* Respond to buyer interactions triggered by messages sent by the automated system; \* Negotiate with delinquent buyers to resolve outstanding issues before escalation to Credit Recovery; \* Identify paid invoices and validate completed negotiations; \* Send collection reminders and notices for days when the automated system was non-operational; \* Maintain spreadsheets to report outstanding items and update other departments on case statuses; \* Keep the installment tracking spreadsheet updated with the status of each installment. **Requirements:** \* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Economics, or related fields. \* Strong communication skills; \* Interpersonal relationship skills; \* Negotiation skills; \* Teamwork; \* Organizational skills; \* Agility. **Benefits** \* Meal allowance, \* Transportation allowance, \* Birthday day off, \* SESC membership, **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM WhatsApp for contact: 48 9171\-7990 Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting from R$1\.977,00 per month Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Customer service (Mandatory) * Collections (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
