This professional will support production operations, monitoring processes from raw material preparation through finalization and product packaging, ensuring smooth workflow and team engagement. Responsibilities include: * Supporting the supervisor in team and operational activity management. * Directly guiding the shop-floor team to ensure alignment with departmental objectives. * Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and development initiatives. * Organizing and monitoring daily activities to ensure achievement of goals and deadlines. * Monitoring process times and movements to identify improvement opportunities. * Pursuing optimization and continuous improvement of production processes. * Engaging the team in established goals and fostering a collaborative and productive environment. * Prioritizing and directing tasks according to operational needs.
