Come join this winning team! **Main Responsibilities** Provide support in face-to-face, phone, and digital channel customer service (WhatsApp, social media, etc.); Register students in the gym's system; Assist with access control and organization of workout sheets (when applicable); Support the sales team by providing information and attending to prospects; Help organize the environment (reception, common areas, locker rooms); Monitor student attendance and assist in retention campaigns; Support internal events and promotional activities; Provide assistance for administrative tasks at the unit; Collaborate with instructors and technical staff whenever necessary. **Requirements** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Physical Education. Active enrollment in an educational institution recognized by MEC; Interest in working in the fitness and physical training sector.
