**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring correct application of continuous improvement methodologies and tools;
* Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with the organization’s strategic and operational goals;
* Conduct process diagnostics to identify bottlenecks, waste, and optimization opportunities;
* Solve problems using methodologies and tools such as PDCA, Value Stream Mapping (VSM/MFV), SWOT Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram, Histogram, Pareto Analysis, among others;
* Lead organizational transformation projects, driving improvements in processes, systems, and work practices;
* Drive productivity gains, operational efficiency improvements, and waste reduction initiatives;
* Promote Lean culture and operational excellence across company departments;
* Support development of performance indicators and action plans for tracking performance and results;
* Ensure implementation of routine management and continuous improvement methodologies in operations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields;
* Minimum 4 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or related areas;
* Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools, including:
* Value Stream Mapping (VSM/MFV);
* Kaizen;
* 5S;
* The 7 Wastes;
* Workstation Management (GPT);
* Daily Routine Management (GRD);
* Proficiency in Theory of Constraints (TOC);
* Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance);
* Experience in project management and leading transformation initiatives;
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability and technical leadership skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification;
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification;
* Postgraduate degree in Project Management;
* Advanced English proficiency.
