***Responsibilities and Duties*** Carry out, in an integrated and planned manner, the activities developed, monitoring and attending to cases according to previously established criteria; Welcome users and humanize care; Promote integrated management and user participation in decision-making through participatory organization with the multidisciplinary team; Prescribe physical exercises for patients with cardiovascular diseases, vascular diseases, respiratory diseases, and chronic pain, according to the PTS (Therapeutic Project Summary) defined by the team; Conduct physical performance assessments of patients; Master patient monitoring during exercise sessions; Assess, together with multidisciplinary teams, the development and implementation of rehabilitation actions; Develop individualized therapeutic projects through periodic discussions with the team, enabling collective appropriation and user follow-up, implementing multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary actions, and fostering shared responsibility; Plan and execute actions to alleviate chronic pain using integrative and complementary health practices; Other related duties. ***Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education; Active registration with the Professional Council of the State of Santa Catarina (SC); Knowledge in cardiovascular, pulmonary, or chronic pain rehabilitation; Proficiency in techniques for physical performance assessment and monitoring; Experience in integrative and complementary practices is a plus; Experience in public health settings and/or multidisciplinary teams; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM or from 1:00 PM to 7:15 PM. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to people with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.700,00 – R$3.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) License/Certification: * CREF (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
