Here, you can chart your path to the future!** * Open maintenance tickets; * Monitor revenue (Hourly / Monthly / New customer acquisition / Partnerships); * Monitor regional activity — competitors and generating hubs; * Customer service; * Customer support center (SAC) service; * Incident handling (Sinistro); * Prepare work schedules; * Verify cash register; * Inspect equipment and infrastructure; * Inspect parking lot; * Manage maneuvering, parking lot, and cashier teams; * Complete billing spreadsheets; * Conduct flow / occupancy / idle time analysis; * Perform operational checklists; * Manage office supplies / receipt rolls / cleaning materials; * Manage change fund; * Submit financial reports (daily cash closing); * Handle delinquency issues for monthly customers and partners; * Process timesheets; * Address requests from clients / stakeholders; * Train maneuvering, parking lot, and cashier teams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma; * Experience leading teams; * Excellent oral communication skills; * Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel); * Ability to analyze reports; * Familiarity with integrated systems; * Valid driver's license (CNH). **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT 5x2 = 11:00–20:48 **Benefits:** * Monthly meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Life insurance; * Corporate University; .
