




***Duties and Responsibilities*** Conduct nursing consultations, procedures, group activities, as well as assist team professionals in clinical management; Perform wound dressings, assessment and control of skin lesions; Monitor and evaluate clinical progression; Prescribe nursing care focused on individual health; Develop and participate in the development of the Singular Therapeutic Project for service users together with the multidisciplinary team; Participate in the multidisciplinary team in case management; Carry out user referrals and counter-referrals; Participate in case studies, discussions, and ongoing health education processes; Promote user engagement and their families receiving services to healthcare access points within the region; Perform written, individualized, and systematic documentation in patient records containing relevant data from the user's attendance. ***Requirements*** Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Active registration with the Professional Council; Availability to work 30 hours per week; Organizational skills, good interpersonal relationships, and focus on quality. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunities, and all positions are open to people with disabilities and INSS rehabilitation beneficiaries.*** Job type: Permanent CLT, Temporary Pay: R$3,700.00 - R$3,900.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education assistance * Private pension Selection question(s): * Do you have active registration with the Professional Council (state of SC)?
