




***Duties and Responsibilities*** Conduct nursing consultations, procedures, and group activities, as well as assist team professionals with clinical management; Administer medications when necessary; Perform wound dressings, assessment, and monitoring of skin lesions; Monitor and evaluate clinical progression; Prescribe nursing care focused on the individual’s health; Develop and participate in the formulation of Individual Therapeutic Projects (ITPs) for users of the services where employed, together with the multidisciplinary team; Participate in the multidisciplinary team’s case management; Carry out user referrals and counter-referrals; Participate in case studies, discussions, and continuing education processes in the health field; Promote user and family linkage to healthcare service points within the territory; Maintain written, individualized, and systematic records in the medical chart, including relevant data regarding the user’s stay; Other related duties. ***Requirements*** Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN) of the State of Santa Catarina (SC); Experience in primary healthcare, mental health, or specialized care; Knowledge of ITP development and multidisciplinary teamwork; Proficiency in nursing procedures and medication administration; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity, and all positions are open to people with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.700,00 – R$3.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed higher education (Mandatory) License/Certification: * COREN (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
