Management of service provider performance Prospect, negotiate, and maintain a nationwide network of partner clinics across the entire national territory, ensuring competitive pricing and turnaround times for occupational health complementary exams, while guaranteeing high-quality service to Cliomed's customers. * Negotiate advantageous commercial terms (price, delivery time, and quality) with partner clinics on behalf of Cliomed. * Prospect new partners in regions where Cliomed currently lacks coverage, thereby expanding the accredited network nationwide. * Evaluate provider performance by monitoring delivery timelines, service quality, and contractual compliance. * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and cost-and-timeline indicator reports. * Collaborate with internal departments to align customer requirements and ensure the provider network meets operational needs. * Maintain up-to-date provider registration records and contracts. * Support resolution of operational issues related to providers.
