Position Title: Junior Waiter Main Responsibilities: \- Greet customers in a courteous and efficient manner, delivering excellent service \- Take orders, accurately relay them to the kitchen, and monitor dish delivery \- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to hygiene and presentation standards \- Assist in organizing and restocking beverages, cutlery, napkins, and other necessary items \- Contribute suggestions and feedback for continuous service improvement Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education \- Prior experience as a waiter or food service assistant (preferred) \- Communication skills, proactivity, and teamwork ability \- Agility, attention to detail, and ability to handle pressure \- Basic knowledge of dining etiquette and table service procedures \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications: \- Customer service training course \- Knowledge of upselling and suggestive selling techniques \- Fluency in another language, especially English Additional Information: \- Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM, with a 1-hour flexible break ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** null ### **Benefits:** N/A ### **Department:** Operations
