Job Summary: Responsible for pursuing continuous improvement of operational processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring support for institutional activities. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee of support for classes, events, and activities. ***Responsibilities and Duties*** Seek continuous improvement of operational processes related to maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, parking, security, and service providers; Conduct inspections of campus physical infrastructure, monitoring service requests, notifications, and performance indicators; Ensure appropriate support for classes, events, and institutional activities; Act proactively in identifying and resolving operational issues; Develop and maintain up-to-date operational procedures for the area; Maintain communication with internal departments, schools, external stakeholders, and service providers; Inspect classrooms, restrooms, auditoriums, and outsourced services, monitoring quality and functionality; Monitor tenants, physical space management, and support class relocations; Prepare reports and track infrastructure-related service requests. ***Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); Ability to travel for on-site inspections across campus facilities; Intermediate computer skills for spreadsheet development, report writing, and system usage; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with a 1 hour and 10 minute break. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Compensation: R$4.300,00 – R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan Work location: On-site
