Front desk organization and cash audit The hotel is seeking a Receptionist in Itajaí (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Perform guest check-in and check-out during the night shift. Provide in-person, phone, and WhatsApp customer service. Support guests' needs during the night shift. Verify reservations and enter data into the system. Conduct basic cash audits and prepare daily reports. Ensure front desk organization and smooth operation during the shift. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Agent, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
