Creation of action plans for continuous process improvement Description: * High school diploma and completed technical training in Occupational Safety. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with specific Occupational Safety legislation, accident analysis and investigation methodologies such as the 5 Whys and Ishikawa. * Knowledge of the Senior System. * Driver's License Class B. * Analyze work methods and processes to identify factors contributing to occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and exposure to environmental hazards affecting workers, proposing their elimination or control. * Conduct training sessions for employees. * Verify compliance with occupational safety regulations and legal requirements. * Identify ways to improve employee health and well-being in the workplace. * Implement accident and disease prevention programs in the workplace. * Understand company culture and internal processes. * Develop action plans to continuously improve processes and correct non-conformities. * Inform employers, through technical opinions, about workplace hazards and advise them on measures for hazard elimination and mitigation. * Inform workers about risks associated with their activities, as well as measures for elimination and mitigation. * Recommend, request, and inspect fire protection equipment. * Support environmental activities by guiding proper treatment and disposal of industrial waste, encouraging and raising awareness among workers. * Distribute and monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Conduct technical visits, audits, and prepare inspection reports. * Recommend safety devices or improvements, suggesting possible modifications to equipment and facilities. * Diagnose needs for developing specific institutional programs to address harmful employee habits. * Conduct environmental aspect and impact analyses for existing or new activities, products, services, or projects, generating information to meet applicable legal and corporate requirements. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties. 2512090203141794443
