**Job Mission:** The Summit Maître’s mission is to ensure excellence in dining room operations, coordinating customer service, the waitstaff team, and the organization of the environment. The Maître directly handles table service, customer approach and reception, polishing and arrangement of cutlery, china, and glassware, and maintenance of the dining room’s cleanliness and presentation. The primary objective is to provide customers with a memorable experience, ensuring quality, efficiency, and standardization across all dining room services—from tourist operations to lunch and dinner service. 1\-Dining Room Operations Coordination Organize and supervise service during lunch, dinner, and tourist operations, ensuring all dining room activities run efficiently and consistently. 2\-Direct Customer Service Greet and approach customers courteously, ensuring a pleasant and personalized experience from arrival through service completion. 3\-Supervision of the Waitstaff Team Assign tables, organize shifts, and guide staff on procedures, service standards, and daily priorities. 4\-Service Quality and Standardization Assurance Monitor table service, polishing of cutlery, china, and glassware, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for use. 5\-Work Environment Organization Maintain the dining room’s cleanliness, order, and functionality, ensuring the space remains presentable to customers at all times. 6\-Operational Demand Management Support resolution of emergency situations, address customer or staff issues, and ensure all operations comply with company standards. 7\-Customer Accompaniment During Tourist Operations Ensure visitors are properly greeted, served, and guided, delivering a positive and well-organized experience. 8\-Staff Training and Guidance Assist in training waiters and assistants, sharing best practices in service, organization, and dining room protocols.
