Serving as the primary point of contact and service filter ### **Purpose of the Role** Provide direct strategic and operational support to Presidents, optimizing their time and ensuring efficiency in internal and external communication. The advisor acts as the first point of demand filtering, managing workflow and executive priorities. ### **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Strategic Agenda Management*** **Workflow Control:** Organize appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring the agenda reflects the company's strategic priorities. * **Conflict Management:** Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, negotiating rescheduling with stakeholders. * **Agenda Preparation:** Ensure the President has all necessary documents, presentations, and background information before each appointment. **2\. Administrative and Operational Routines*** **Travel and Logistics:** Full management of itineraries (flights, accommodation, transportation, visas) and expense reporting. * **Meeting Coordination:** Handle logistics for board and council meetings, including minutes drafting and action plan follow-up. * **Document Workflow:** Screen emails, correspondence, and documents requiring signature, prioritizing urgent items and delegating operational tasks. **3\. Communication and Relationship Management*** **Institutional Interface:** Serve as the primary liaison between the Presidency and other executives, employees, clients, and external partners. * **Service Filtering:** Respond to calls and requests directed to the Presidency, autonomously deciding which items require escalation or resolution.
