Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and inspecting goods at the warehouse, verifying information and reporting abnormalities, prioritizing trucks carrying perishable products. Key Highlights: 1. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for receiving and inspecting goods at the warehouse, verifying weight, quantity, expiration date, and physical integrity against invoices (NFs), reporting any abnormalities and/or discrepancies to supervisors, and prioritizing trucks carrying FLV, FLC, meats, breads, and CDs. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to smooth warehouse operations by opening and closing it according to scheduled hours, organizing the scheduling of goods receipt, verifying weight, quantity, expiration date, and physical integrity of goods against invoices (NFs), reporting any abnormalities and/or discrepancies to supervisors, and prioritizing trucks carrying FLV, FLC, meats, breads, and CDs; Supervise and guide vehicle maneuvers, as well as loading and unloading of goods; Assist in organizing received goods within the warehouse, moving pallets to designated locations, safeguarding them, and reporting packaging violations, thefts, or other incidents to store management; Sort and arrange shipment of unsellable items (returns) to suppliers; Verify invoices (NFs) against purchase orders, checking delivery deadlines and payment terms, entering data into the internal system after sorting, and forwarding them to headquarters; Ensure proper use and maintain organization of the workplace and equipment; Assist in related activities as needed; Request inspection assistance from butchery and FLV department heads to ensure quality; Requirements Previous experience in this field **Academic Qualification:** Completed High School **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – basic level **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** José Francisco Laurindo, 1766 São Domingos Navegantes - SC **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance Performance-Based Incentives * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
