Responsibilities and duties: * Provide on-site assistance and basic support to faculty, students, and staff regarding multimedia and educational technology resources. * Prepare classrooms, laboratories, and auditoriums for academic activities, verifying functionality of multimedia equipment and technological resources. * Support faculty in using projectors, computers, audio systems, microphones, televisions, digital platforms, and other audiovisual resources. * Open, monitor, and route technical service requests related to multimedia, technology, and academic infrastructure. * Assist in installation, organization, and maintenance of multimedia equipment used in classes, events, and institutional activities. * Monitor basic operation of equipment, identify malfunctions, and report needs for preventive or corrective maintenance. * Organize cables, connections, controllers, accessories, and materials used in academic and administrative environments. * Support institutional events, lectures, meetings, broadcasts, and academic activities utilizing audiovisual resources. * Perform basic control of institutional multimedia equipment loans, movements, and organization. * Assist faculty and academic teams in accessing institutional platforms and digital resources used in classrooms. * Record assistance requests, incidents, and follow-ups in institutional systems and controls. * Ensure organization, standardization, and preservation of environments and equipment under your responsibility. * Support academic and administrative teams in operational demands related to technological and multimedia support. * Comply with institutional policies, internal procedures, and guidelines regarding use of technological resources. * Contribute to continuous improvement of assistance and support processes for faculty and students. Requirements and qualifications: * Currently enrolled in high school; preferably currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networks, Technology Management, Business Process Management, Administration, or related fields; * Additional courses related to computing, multimedia, audiovisual production, technical support, or customer service are desirable.
