Collaborate with development, support, and product teams ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join our team and contribute to implementing our solutions with clients, ensuring a high-quality experience from the start of the journey. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** Leading system implementation with clients Gathering requirements and understanding client needs and processes, especially in HR Acting consultatively, guiding best practices for using the solution within the HR context Performing system configurations tailored to each client's reality Planning and delivering user training (onboarding) Ensuring clients use the platform autonomously and efficiently Monitoring tests, validations, and adjustments during the implementation process Serving as the primary point of contact with the client throughout the project Documenting support interactions, activities, and implementation progress Collaborating with internal teams such as support, development, and product Participating in client meetings and tracking project progress **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience or familiarity with software implementation, support, customer service, or Customer Success Knowledge or experience in HR processes (internal communication, engagement, culture, onboarding, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead client meetings and training sessions Quick learning ability for new systems and technologies Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks Consultative mindset focused on understanding the client’s business Proactivity and ownership mindset Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL STAND OUT:** Experience in software implementation or Customer Success Knowledge of management systems (ERP, HR, or similar) Experience in user training / onboarding Basic understanding of requirements analysis Experience in technology companies or startups Experience with HR Tech or internal communication platforms Interest in advancing within technology and customer experience fields JOIN US AND ENJOY BENEFITS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
