We thrive on challenges and seek people to build careers and achieve results together with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and guide the development team, as well as provide support on HR-related matters. Participate in meetings with management and the board regarding new projects/tenders and guide the team as needed; Monitor feasibility analysis for tender participation alongside Analysts; Track the entire test report process—from submission through receipt of results—and forward them to the responsible department for client delivery; Ensure all product information has been accurately collected and communicated to the responsible team for cost calculation; Monitor and ensure that inquiries and objections are submitted correctly and within deadlines; Develop tenders to assist clients; Guide and supervise the full knitted fabric and color development process in collaboration with the team, peers, and/or suppliers; Guide and supervise the full product development process with the team, peers, and/or suppliers to meet requested deadlines and all specified requirements; Approve, together with the team, requests for materials required for sample production by third parties; Guide and supervise the registration of products and materials related to those developed by the department, ensuring information availability; Develop projects jointly with suppliers; Conduct negotiations with suppliers to optimize production costs; Evaluate and present to management/the board the best supplier to meet production capacity requirements; Assign tasks and responsibilities; Lead and support the development and engineering teams across all daily demands; Communicate and update the team on company objectives; Anticipate potential problems and propose solutions; Perform other equivalent-complexity activities as required by the department/company; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, or related fields; Experience in tenders and product development; Knowledge of tender processes, knit development, and dyeing; Skills in negotiation and project management; **Preferred Qualifications:** Proficiency in software for material registration and control; Proficiency in Corel Draw or Illustrator; Knowledge of printing and sewing processes. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal voucher, health insurance, and life insurance.
