You will be responsible for evolving the Gestão Empresarial | ERP Senior solution, ensuring alignment with market and customer needs. We work with high-performing, engaged, and committed agile teams organized in squads, applying agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Our challenge is to maintain customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet the demands of digital transformation—enhancing our customers’ competitiveness. Equally important is our goal to further expand our presence in the enterprise management market alongside our full portfolio of solutions. We seek candidates with expertise in Market and/or Procurement and/or Finance and/or Technology within Senior’s ERP. Preference will be given to those who have previously served as Product Owner or Product Manager—but this is not a strict requirement. As Product Owner, you will be responsible for applying best practices and tools across conception activities—not only defining the solution but also sustaining offerings (processes, routines, modules, tool implementation/adoption) through performance indicators and product metrics. In this regard, we believe the following four pillars are fundamental to effective PO practice: 1. Deep understanding of the problem; 2. Clear prioritization based on impact; 3. Adoption metrics and models; 4. Engagement metrics and initiatives.
