Ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of competitive and innovative processes, guaranteeing alignment of workflows with product requirements, implementation timelines, and defined productivity and quality targets for each project or collection. 2. Manage the parametrization and definition of production processes, ensuring each new product is accurately translated into viable manufacturing routines through analysis of time, methods, and technical requirements—aligned with existing production capabilities and product specifications. 3. Manage the creation and updating of technical process documentation—including process sheets and work instructions—ensuring information accuracy and alignment with manufacturing practices, internal standards, and legal requirements. 4. Conduct feasibility studies for investments and process optimization, including technical and economic analyses of new technologies, equipment, or layout changes—based on technical criteria, financial return, and impact on the production chain. 5. Monitor industrial process performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing key indicators (yield, losses, rework), proposing and implementing solutions focused on stability, scalability, and waste reduction. 6. Supervise technical homologation and product validation through testing and analysis to ensure technical, functional, and regulatory compliance—aligned with internal standards and market requirements. 7. Ensure the technical validation flow for processes of new products, collaborating with Product Engineering and PPCP (Production Planning and Control) on industrial trials, pilot runs, and process adjustments—guaranteeing manufacturing feasibility prior to full-scale production release. 8. Provide technical support to Global Sourcing, ensuring appropriate parameter implementation and execution of tests for new product development. 9. Oversee activities of the chemical laboratory and spinning operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in people management. * Prior experience required within the engineering field. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Specific knowledge in textile finishing processes; colorimetry; garment manufacturing flows. * Process improvement; spinning processes; * Continuous improvement practices, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies. **Additional Information** * On-site Medical and Dental Assistance—we promote your health and well-being. * Sports Association—for family-friendly leisure moments. * Education Assistance—your growth never stops!
