Human Resources Management Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Management Analyst with a focus on Recruitment and Selection, who will strategically contribute to attracting, developing, and engaging talent aligned with the institution’s culture and objectives. We are looking for a proactive, organized, communicative professional with strong interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct selection processes, from resume screening through interviews and group activities; * Align job profiles and competencies with managers; * Facilitate onboarding of new employees; * Identify training and development needs, supporting the organization of internal and external training programs; * Monitor training schedules and KPIs; * Support the implementation and follow-up of performance evaluations, providing managers with guidance on feedback and development plans; * Support organizational climate surveys and well-being initiatives; * Address and advise employees on HR-related matters; * Comply with internal policies, safety procedures, and compliance guidelines; * Perform other duties related to the role as required by management. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection routines is a plus; * Knowledge of or experience with the Senior system is considered advantageous; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments; * Availability for in-person work in Blumenau, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Inclusion and Diversity:** All positions, regardless of role or level, are open to all candidates meeting the advertised profile.
