Contract management and monitoring of expiration dates Our client, a civil construction company based in Itapema, SC, is seeking HR professionals committed to continuous professional development. **Responsibilities:** Process payroll entries (medical certificates, absences, meal vouchers, overtime). Support uniform, voucher, and document control and distribution. Contact service providers to request INSS and FGTS contribution slips and mandatory documentation. Execute full-cycle onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract management. Monitor and verify payroll processing, vouchers, benefits, and statutory charges. Support recruitment and personnel selection, conduct interviews and onboarding. Manage contracts with service providers and monitor expiration dates. Prepare reports and KPIs for the department. Handle internal communication and organize events. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields Proven experience in the field **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Service Provider) **Work Mode:** On-site
