We are looking for a **Human and Organizational Development (DHO)** professional to strategically strengthen organizational culture, develop people, and continuously improve talent management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and support **training and development**, upskilling, and learning path programs; * Manage **performance evaluation**, organizational climate, and continuous feedback processes; * Develop initiatives focused on **employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership**; * Support the HR team in people management, promoting best practices in communication and team development; * Assist in and execute **organizational development** projects aligned with company strategy; * Monitor DHO metrics and propose continuous improvements; * Support **internal marketing** activities and initiatives related to employee well-being and quality of life at work. **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in performance evaluation and organizational climate assessment; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision; * Proactive, collaborative profile with a focus on people and results.
