This person will be responsible for ensuring the organization, control, and analysis of financial processes, directly contributing to decision-making and business sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable * Perform bank reconciliations * Monitor cash flow * Support monthly financial closing * Conduct cost and expense analyses * Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment * Support audit and compliance processes * Experience in customer and partner service **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in finance * Knowledge of financial routines (accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, reconciliations) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Proactive, communicative, articulate, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile **Preferred Qualifications** * ERP system experience * Experience in mid-sized companies **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental plan * Nutritional and psychological support * SESC membership **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
