We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!!** #### **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and produce strategic content for the CEO’s social media channels, drafting texts, scripts, videos, and visuals aligned with the personal brand positioning to reinforce leadership image and convey the company’s institutional values. Manage the editorial calendar and social media publications, scheduling posts, reviewing materials, and monitoring interactions to maintain consistency, frequency, and relevance of the CEO’s digital communication. Track and analyze engagement metrics and indicators—such as reach, interactions, and follower growth—to identify improvement opportunities and guide content strategy adjustments. Map market and industry-relevant trends and topics, researching storylines, hashtags, and trending formats to position the CEO as an authority and amplify publication impact. Monitor and document the CEO’s events, meetings, and public appearances, conducting photo coverage, short videos, and behind-the-scenes footage to generate authentic content that bridges leadership and audience. Maintain coordination with internal departments (HR, Endomarketing, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Institutional Relations), aligning messages, campaigns, and schedules to ensure coherence between the CEO’s personal brand and the company’s institutional identity. Support endomarketing initiatives by contributing ideas and materials for internal campaigns to strengthen internal communication and employee engagement with organizational culture. Monitor digital positioning of executives and competitors, performing comparative analyses and image reports to assess strategic opportunities for differentiation and growth of digital presence. Ensure visual and textual standardization of communications by applying defined visual identity, language, and tone of voice to maintain unity and professionalism in audience interactions. Serve as the focal point for press agency relations, aligning storylines, providing information, and validating institutional content to ensure external communication coherence and reinforce the CEO’s and company’s image in the media.
