




**Job Description:** Monitor and record employee attendance and working hours; Track and update spreadsheets of medical certificates, maintaining accurate leave and absence records; Organize and maintain physical and digital employee files and folders; Support onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes for employees; Assist with internal communication initiatives and organizational climate activities; Provide support for institutional campaigns and events targeting employees; Maintain and update departmental control spreadsheets and systems; Provide administrative support to the HR department. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (college enrollment in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields is preferred); Previous experience in HR or personnel department routines; Knowledge of payroll, electronic timekeeping, and employee benefits is a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Strong communication skills, professional confidentiality, and attention to detail. **Benefits:** 80% tuition scholarship for employees’ children Transportation allowance Life insurance Unimed health plan (voluntary enrollment) Dental plan through Aprofunsal
