Prepare relevant HR documentation to be sent to construction sites. Schedule admission medical examinations and employee training courses. Request quotations and purchase materials for construction sites; occasionally visit construction sites to deliver documents or materials. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretary, or HR Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this role. High school diploma required.
